The average poverty rate of Yogyakarta Province is surprisingly higher than that Indonesia. In order to decrease the figure, numerous approaches are taken, among others empowerment small business owners, particularly green entrepreneurs. This research aims at determining factors influence knowledge about becoming entrepreneurs and developing entrepreneurship motivation model reduce poverty, specifically in Province. For this study, a questionnaire survey was employed. population comprises owners. With purposive sampling, 240 final respondents were collected.
