Graves’ disease has many extrathyroidal manifestations. In the literature, bilateral pretibial pitting edema in hyperthyroidism cases been reported a few case reports. current presentation, we report of Graves who had leg and hand swelling for two weeks whose findings regressed rapidly with treatment. Diffuse, edema, which may occur due to etiologies, should also be considered differential diagnosis hyperthyroidism.
