چکیده
Consensus algorithms are increasingly used in multi-agent systems due to their advantages various applications. Recent results on consensus show that the number of groups formed a network agents utilizing consensus-based can be computed once its primary and secondary layer subgraphs determined. In this study, we present GraParT -Graph Partitioning Toolbox- partition directed graphs by determining vertices therein. The toolbox helps user build, modify, analyze illustrate terms grouping behavior with friendly interface. is an open source software available free charge for academic non-commercial use.

Local Partitioning for Directed Graphs Using PageRank
A local partitioning algorithm finds a set with small conductance near a specified seed vertex. In this paper, we present a generalization of a local partitioning algorithm for undirected graphs to strongly connected directed graphs. In particular, we prove that by computing a personalized PageRank vector in a directed graph, starting from a single seed vertex within a set S that has conductanc...
متن کاملMATLAB toolbox for functional connectivity
The term "functional connectivity" is used to denote correlations in activation among spatially-distinct brain regions, either in a resting state or when processing external stimuli. Functional connectivity has been extensively evaluated with several functional neuroimaging methods, particularly PET and fMRI. Yet these relationships have been quantified using very different measures and the ext...
متن کاملA Periodic Systems Toolbox for Matlab
The recently developed PERIODIC SYSTEMS Toolbox for MATLAB is described. The basic approach to develop this toolbox was to exploit the powerful object manipulation features of MATLAB via flexible and functionally rich high level m-functions, while simultaneously enforcing highly efficient and numerically sound computations via the mex-function technology of MATLAB to solve critical numerical pr...
متن کاملFelicity: a Matlab/c++ Toolbox for Developing
This paper describes a Matlab/C++ finite element toolbox, called FELICITY, for 4 simulating various types of systems of partial differential equations (e.g. coupled elliptic/parabolic 5 problems) using the finite element method. It uses Matlab, in an object-oriented way, for high level 6 manipulation of data structures in finite element codes, while utilizing a domain-specific language 7 (DSL) ...
