Grocott methenamine silver staining thin-walled, rarely septated, irregular branching hyphae, varying diameter 12 μm (± 3.63 μm), terminal ballooning dilations. determining etiology this was based on immunohistochemistry amplifying DNA fragment N. polymerase chain reaction. should be included differential diagnosis causes equids, mainly regions.
