Abstract Pd-Pt NPs@RGO-H nanozyme with good peroxise-like properties, high electrical conductivity, and specific surface area was prepared. The combined Glypican-3 aptamer (GPC3 Apt ) to form a signal probe. Another GPC3 employed as capture probe, it incubated on the of screen-printed electrode that had been plated Au NPs@rGO.
