چکیده
Abstract The popularity of nanoparticles (NPs) is continuously increasing. To date, however, there has been little research on the application NPs in plant cryopreservation, i.e. storage tissues liquid nitrogen (LN). aim this study to analyze effect and evaluate usefulness gold (AuNPs) regard cryobiology studies. In vitro-derived shoot tips Lamprocapnos spectabilis ‘Valentine’ were cryopreserved with encapsulation-vitrification protocol. Gold (at 10–30 ppm concentration; 13 nm size) added either into preculture medium; protective bead matrix during encapsulation; or recovery medium after rewarming samples. control plants produced from explants non-treated treated colloid dispersion without NPs. A non-LN-treated standard was also considered. influence AuNPs cryopreservation efficiency determined by evaluating rate their morphogenic response; membrane stability index (MSI); concentration pigments shoots; antioxidant enzymes activity. genetic material evaluated using Start Codon Targeted Polymorphism (SCoT) markers. It found that 10 alginate improved level LN-derived (70.0%) compared non-NPs-treated (50.5%). On other hand, presence had a deleterious survival explants. usually no impact MSI (73.9–85.9%), except for those at 30 (decline 55.8%). All shoots shorter contained less chlorophyll carotenoids than untreated standard. Moreover, affected enzymatic activity L. . Minor variation 8.6% if 20 ppm) ppm). conclusion, lower (10 can significantly improve alternation DNA sequence.

Cryopreservation of Potato Shoot Tips
Potato is one of the most important staple crops in both developed and developing countries of the world. Potato genetic resources are a prerequisite for potato breeding in both conventional and genetic engineering programmes. Cryopreservation has long been considered an ideal means for the long-term conservation of plant genetic resources. This review provides comprehensive information on vari...
متن کاملSuccessful cryopreservation of in vitro derived bovine blastocysts in microcapillary pipette tips
The open pulled straw has been used effectively to vitrify preimplantation embryos because of geometricfeatures that allow rapid rates of temperature exchange. One possible inexpensive alternative to the openpulled straw are commercially-available microcapillary pipette tips commonly used for electrophoresis. Themain purpose of this study was to compare the survival rates of in vitro produced b...
متن کاملthe effect of e-64 on the developmental competence of sheep cocs during in vitro maturation
in the present study, the effect of e-64 at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 µm) added to (1) the ivm medium on oocyte nuclear maturation and developmental competence of ovine oocytes, and (2) to the ivc medium on embryonic development of ovine embryos were investigated.

15 صفحه اولassessment of the efficiency of s.p.g.c refineries using network dea
data envelopment analysis (dea) is a powerful tool for measuring relative efficiency of organizational units referred to as decision making units (dmus). in most cases dmus have network structures with internal linking activities. traditional dea models, however, consider dmus as black boxes with no regard to their linking activities and therefore do not provide decision makers with the reasons...
