Introduction. Hyperplastic diseases of the female reproductive system are localized in second place after infectious diseases, and take first by severity. It is known that certain phytonutrients have a chemoprotective effect on organs system. The purpose this review to evaluate potential protective glucosinolates their derivatives isolated from cruciferous plants organs. Material methods. A systematic literature data PubMED, MEDLINE, CyberLeninka, etc. was carried out. Results discussion. Conclusion. showed significant chemoprophylactic correction hyperplastic proliferative Glucosinolate derivates such as indole‑3-carbinol (I3C), diindolylmethane (DIM), sulforaphane promising natural compounds for prevention various tumor diseases. Further studies required regarding dosages, combinations recommendations practical use.
