چکیده
Advances in deep learning have led to remarkable success augmented microscopy, enabling us obtain high-quality microscope images without using expensive microscopy hardware and sample preparation techniques. Current models for are mostly U-Net-based neural networks, thus sharing certain drawbacks that limit the performance. In particular, U-Nets composed of local operators only lack dynamic non-local information aggregation. this work, we introduce global voxel transformer networks (GVTNets), a tool overcomes intrinsic limitations current achieves improved GVTNets built on operators, which able aggregate information, as opposed like convolutions. Global Training of Document Processing Systems Using Graph Transformer Networks
We propose a new machine learning paradigm called Graph Transformer Networks that extends the applicability of gradient-based learning algorithms to systems composed of modules that take graphs as inputs and produce graphs as output. Training is performed by computing gradients of a global objective function with respect to all the parameters in the system using a kind of back-propagation proce...
متن کاملSpatial Transformer Networks
Convolutional Neural Networks define an exceptionally powerful class of models, but are still limited by the lack of ability to be spatially invariant to the input data in a computationally and parameter efficient manner. In this work we introduce a new learnable module, the Spatial Transformer, which explicitly allows the spatial manipulation of data within the network. This differentiable mod...
متن کاملDense Transformer Networks
The key idea of current deep learning methods for dense prediction is to apply a model on a regular patch centered on each pixel to make pixel-wise predictions. These methods are limited in the sense that the patches are determined by network architecture instead of learned from data. In this work, we propose the dense transformer networks, which can learn the shapes and sizes of patches from d...
متن کاملRecurrent Spatial Transformer Networks
We integrate the recently proposed spatial transformer network (SPN) (Jaderberg & Simonyan, 2015) into a recurrent neural network (RNN) to form an RNN-SPN model. We use the RNNSPN to classify digits in cluttered MNIST sequences. The proposed model achieves a single digit error of 1.5% compared to 2.9% for a convolutional networks and 2.0% for convolutional networks with SPN layers. The SPN outp...
متن کاملPolar Transformer Networks
Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are inherently equivariant to translation. Efforts to embed other forms of equivariance have concentrated solely on rotation. We expand the notion of equivariance in CNNs through the Polar Transformer Network (PTN). PTN combines ideas from the Spatial Transformer Network (STN) and canonical coordinate representations. The result is a network invariant to tra...
