GIANT OVARIAN DERMOID CYST - CASE REPORT

چکیده

The most prevalent type of ovarian germ cell tumour is dermoid cysts, also known as mature cystic teratoma. Dermoid cysts are benign tumours that account for 10–25% all and bilateral in 10%–15% cases. They common reproductive-age women, although they can be detected postmenopausal usually asymptomatic. Torsion, rupture, chemical peritonitis, malignant transformation aggravate it, but infection unlikely.
