چکیده
The focus of the research was to determine how giant floater (Pyganodon grandis) worked as a feed ingredient in broiler production. A total 120 one-day-old Cobbs 500 were reared for 42 days, regardless sex. chicks weighed and brooded 14 days. distributed at random on fourteenth day four treatments with three replications, each containing ten chicks. They given varied proportions meal ingredient. Treatment 1 simply home mixed; treatment 2 had 3% addition meal; 3 6% inclusion 4 9% inclusion. supplementation broilers significant effect broilers' weekly body weight gain. Broiler-fed diets higher percentage gained most compared broiler-fed lower or no meal. In terms consumption, results showed that fed (T4) (T3) intake than (T2) meal, least found control group. result this study shows using meat improves their development production performance gain it can be used replacement and/or supplementary source protein feeds.

Transcriptomic Profiling of Differential Responses to Drought in Two Freshwater Mussel Species, the Giant Floater Pyganodon grandis and the Pondhorn Uniomerus tetralasmus
The southeastern US has experienced recurrent drought during recent decades. Increasing demand for water, as precipitation decreases, exacerbates stress on the aquatic biota of the Southeast: a global hotspot for freshwater mussel, crayfish, and fish diversity. Freshwater unionid mussels are ideal candidates to study linkages between ecophysiological and behavioral responses to drought. Previou...
متن کاملFeed Restriction in Broiler Chickens Production
The feed restriction program is on of the main techniques in growth curve manipulation for increasing production efficiency in broiler chicken. Quantities and qualitative feed restriction are procedures that can be used to manipulate the feeding strategies of poultry in order to decrease growth and metabolic rate to some extent and so alleviate the incidence of some metabolic diseases such as a...
متن کاملFish processing wastes used as feed ingredient for animal feed and aquaculture feed
Fish wastes management has become a global problem from the last years. Dispose of seafood wastes cause environmental pollution. To overcome this issue these unwanted seafood products are used for the formation of animal feed and aquaculture feed. These unwanted products include small fish and those parts of fish which are not used as human food. These unwanted parts include viscera, head, fins...
متن کاملGlycerol as a Feed Ingredient in Dairy Rations
The term ‘bio-diesel’ is used to describe the methyl or sometimes ethyl esters produced from oilseed crops. Every 10 gallons of biodiesel produced generates about 7.6 lb of crude glycerol. According to the National Biodiesel Board, the production of biodiesel in the U.S. over the next decade is expected to grow (http:// www.biodiesel.org/). Current annual production is 395 million gallons and p...
متن کاملEvaluation of Glycerine from Biodiesel Production as a Feed Ingredient for Broilers
Glycerine from biodiesel production was used as a pure energy source in broiler diets formulated to meet typical commercial standards. In the first experiment, glycerine was added at 0, 5, and 10% of the diet while in the second experiment glycerine was added at 0, 2.5, and 5%. Glycerine was assigned a metabolizable energy value of 3527 ME kcal/kg in formulating the diets. In each experiment th...
