چکیده

ABSTRACT: The objective of the present study was to obtain echobiometric values for most important canine maternal-fetal tissues using high-definition ultrasonography (HDUS) trying update formulas predicting gestational age. Twelve healthy bitches brachycephalic breeds weighing 7-13kg and aged one four years were included. fetuses analyzed every day conventional from eighth after artificial insemination until delivery, ACUSON S2000/SIEMENS ultrasound equipment specific software. Embryonic fetal structures; diameter embryonic vesicle; length embryo; biparietal diameter, abdominal kidney height; femur, humerus, scapula, radius, tibia; thickening stomach wall; adrenal length; cardiac size measured. These variables correlated with adjusted tested according regression models. results obtained (P<0.001) for: lateral sac (R2=81.8%); embryo (R2=85.7%); (R2=99.1%) (R2=97.2%); thickness gastric wall (R2=86.9%); femur (R2=96.6%), radius (R2=97.5%), humerus (R2=96.5%), scapula (R2=95.8%) tibia (R2=97.3%); height (R2=96.0%); (R2=89.6%); heart (R2=93.0%) (R2=91.5%) showed significant correlation days. This allowed monitoring growth estimation age high accuracy in different periods.
