The identification of geological and industrial types mineral deposits has an important theoretical applied significance for their prospecting, resource evaluation development. This problem transformed into independent branch science. It is shown by the example titanmagnetite-ilmenite type in stratified intrusions, where main useful elements are triad Fe, Ti V. geochemical, mineralogical, minerogenic, structural, material aspects this considered. Kusinskoye field, studied detail during 30 years mining, taken as a base. Based on analysis structure zonal changes composition, its formation single magmatic chamber crystallization differentiation proved. Prospects development similar world noted.
