چکیده
In Brazil, the disposal of construction and demolition waste (CDW) quite often occurs in inadequate places, resulting social, economic, environmental problems. This reflects need for selecting appropriate areas this type waste. These must follow local standards regulations to protect human health environment. Considering that, study is intended indicate potentially suitable CDW landfill deployment, known as Class A supported by a GIS-MCDA based model. The technique, used basic tool identify areas, has several advantages, such low cost, reduced spatial data subjectivity, fast decision-making process. place chosen Urban Central Core Metropolitan Area Curitiba. By integrating GIS with MCDA techniques research study, it was possible region.

Lack of awareness of the critical factors involved in production of plants and sometimes, the cultivation of plants in areas unsusceptible to plant, can increase the amount of chemical fertilizer consumption in order to compensate the subsequent reduction of plant yield. This would increase environmental pollution. Thus, identifying of suitable areas where could supply plants initial needs of t...

Construction activity in Europe has increased substantially in the past decade. Likewise, there has also been a commensurate rise in the generation of construction and demolition waste (C&DW). This, together with the fact that in many European countries the rate of recycling and reuse of C&DW is still quite low has engendered a serious environmental problem and a motivation to develop strategie...
