Revealing Hidden Genuine Tripartite Nonlocality
Nonlocal correlations arising from measurements on tripartite entangled states can be classified into two groups, one genuinely 3−way nonlocal and other local with respect to some bipartition. Still, whether a genuinely tripartite entangled quantum state can exhibit genuine 3−way nonlocality, remains a challenging problem so far as measurement context is concerned. Here we introduce a novel app...
متن کاملDetection of high-dimensional genuine multipartite entanglement of mixed states.
We derive a general framework to identify genuinely multipartite entangled mixed quantum states in arbitrary-dimensional systems and show in exemplary cases that the constructed criteria are stronger than those previously known. Our criteria are simple functions of the given quantum state and detect genuine multipartite entanglement that had not been identified so far. They are experimentally a...
متن کاملGenuine Tripartite Entanglement and Nonlocality in Bose-Einstein Condensates by Collective Atomic Recoil
We study a system represented by a Bose-Einstein condensate interacting with a cavity field in presence of a strong off-resonant pumping laser. This system can be described by a three-mode Gaussian state, where two are the atomic modes corresponding to atoms populating upper and lower momentum sidebands and the third mode describes the scattered cavity field light. We show that, as a consequenc...
متن کاملCondition for tripartite entanglement
We propose a scheme for classifying the entanglement of a tripartite pure qubit state. This classification scheme consists of an ordered list of seven elements. These elements are the Cayley hyper-determinant, and its six associated 2 × 2 subdeterminants. In particular we show that this classification provides a necessary and sufficient condition for separability.
متن کاملRevealing genuine optical-path entanglement.
How can one detect entanglement between multiple optical paths sharing a single photon? We address this question by proposing a scalable protocol, which only uses local measurements where single photon detection is combined with small displacement operations. The resulting entanglement witness does not require postselection, nor assumptions about the photon number in each path. Furthermore, it ...
