چکیده
Peyronellaea arachidicola is the causal agent of peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) web blotch. Here, we report an assembled draft genome sequence P. strain YY187 obtained from symptomatic leaf in China. The size 47.3 Mb, consisting 26 contigs (N 50 = 2.2 Mb) with G+C content 56.37%. This will provide a valuable foundation for further research on genetics and comparative genomics arachidicola.

Insights from the Genome Sequence of Acidovorax citrulli M6, a Group I Strain of the Causal Agent of Bacterial Fruit Blotch of Cucurbits
Acidovorax citrulli is a seedborne bacterium that causes bacterial fruit blotch of cucurbit plants including watermelon and melon. A. citrulli strains can be divided into two major groups based on DNA fingerprint analyses and biochemical properties. Group I strains have been generally isolated from non-watermelon cucurbits, while group II strains are closely associated with watermelon. In the p...

We report here the annotated genome sequence of Xanthomonas arboricola strain 3004, isolated from barley leaves with symptoms of streak and capable of infecting other plant species. We sequenced the genome of X. arboricola strain 3004 to improve the understanding of molecular mechanisms of the pathogenesis and evolution of the genus Xanthomonas.
متن کاملGenome Sequence of a Copper-Resistant Strain of Acidovorax citrulli Causing Bacterial Fruit Blotch of Melons
Bacterial fruit blotch (BFB) of melons is a seed-borne disease caused by Acidovorax citrulli. We determined the draft genome of A. citrulli Tw6. The strain was isolated from a watermelon collected from Beijing, China. The A. citrulli Tw6 genome contains 5,080,614 bp and has a G+C content of 68.7 mol%.
