Genetic variability studies in early generation prebreeding restorer germplasm of the cross CBSN 25 x WRM 93-20

چکیده

The present investigation was carried out to understand the genetic variability, association, cause and effect relationships between yield its attributing agronomic physiological traits in 23 F3 families of pre-breeding restorer germplasm a hybrid rice program for six three characters. variability heritability parameters were grouped under high category number productive tillers per plant, leaf area dry matter production single plant yield. viz., panicle length, showed direct correlation with relationships. All had influence on except days 50% flowering chlorophyll index. At intra-family level, namely 30, 35, 36, 46, 55 82 values all traits. nine exhibited normal distribution.
