Fagopyrum represents an economically and nutritionally important crop which belongs to the group of pseudocereals. Buckwheat is referred be a functional with wide range use around world. Grains buckwheat are significant. They characterised by high content starch, proteins, flavonoids fibre. SCoT technique used for detection plant genes polymorphism, evaluation genetic diversity mapping regions genome.
