The sustainable use and conservation of forest resources must be carried out with a detailed study the main forest-forming plant species. Coniferous forests form basis boreal ecosystems are great economic importance. Representatives coniferous species genus Pinus, including Siberian pine (Pinus sibirica Du Tour) Scots sylvestris L.), which valuable widely used woody purpose this research was to conduct an extended genetic diversity, structure, differentiation P. populations under conditions their habitat in Middle Northern Urals. We studied twelve two Pinus using inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR)-based DNA polymorphism detection PCR method. Populations characterized by relatively high levels diversity (P. sylvestris: He = 0.163; ne 1.270; I 0.249; sibirica: 0.148; 1.248; 0.225). Analysis intrapopulation structure reveals that highly differentiated GST 0.362; 0.460). interpopulation component comprised 36% 46% total for sibirica, respectively.
