چکیده
The objective of this study was to determine the genetic diversity among Chrysoperla carnea samples collected from different locations Iran (including, East-Azerbaijan, West-Azerbaijan, Isfahan, Kerman, Kermanshah, Lorestan, Mazandaran, Gilan, Hormozgan and Hamedan provinces) using Inter simple sequence repeat (ISSR) mitochondrial (Cytochrome Oxidase I - COI) molecular markers in 2016-2018. results showed that a total 64 bands were produced by ten primers ISSR which them 43 polymorphic. highest lowest polymorphic percentages belonged primer UBC-809 (88.88%) UBC-886 (33.33%), respectively. cluster analysis based on marker data divided into three separate clusters. This grouping also confirmed variance. According variance within groups about 84% 16%, In present five haplotypes obtained. first haplotype (H1) common all populations can be considered as ancestral haplotype, other have been evolved it. novelty is we report time family Chrysopidae CO1 covering more than provinces thirty cities with full picture its diversity. Genetic distance matrix Jaccard index indicated low populations. high efficiency Chrysopidae.

Comparing effects of insecticides on two green lacewings species, Chrysoperla johnsoni and Chrysoperla carnea (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae).
This study compared lethal and sublethal effects of five insecticides, chlorantraniliprole, cyantraniliprole, spinetoram, novaluron, and lambda-cyhalothrin, on adult and second instars of two green lacewing species, Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens) and Chrysoperla johnsoni Henry, Wells and Pupedis (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae) in the laboratory. Formulated pesticides were tested using concentrations e...
متن کاملDevelopment of Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens) (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae) on pollen from Bt-transgenic and conventional maize
Maize (Zea mays) pollen is highly nutritious and can be used by predatory arthropods to supplement or replace a carnivorous diet. We demonstrate that maize pollen can be utilized by larvae of the green lacewing, Chrysoperla carnea (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae) under laboratory conditions. Complete development on maize pollen was not possible, but 25% of neonates reached the third instar. When only ...
متن کاملPopulations, longevity, mortality and fecundity of Chrysoperla carnea (Neuroptera, Chrysopidae) from olive-orchards with different agricultural management systems.
The influence that different styles of olive-orchard management (conventional, integrated, and organic) exert on the predator Chrysoperla carnea has been studied to strengthen this insect's role in the integrated management against pests. For this, the adult chrysopid populations were determined by McPhail traps, and laboratory examinations were made of certain biological characteristics of the...
متن کاملBacillus thuringiensis toxin (Cry1Ab) has no direct effect on larvae of the green lacewing Chrysoperla carnea (Stephens) (Neuroptera: Chrysopidae).
Earlier studies have shown that larvae of the green lacewing predator Chrysoperla carnea are negatively affected when preying on lepidopteran larvae that had been fed with transgenic maize expressing the cry1Ab gene from Bacillus thuringiensis. To test whether the observed effects were directly caused by the Cry1Ab toxin, we have developed a bioassay which allows us to feed high concentrations ...
متن کاملStudy of Genetic Diversity of Glycyrrizha glabra L. Populations Using ISSR Molecular Markers
Twenty-two G. glabra populations were used to study the genetic diversity of ISSR molecular markers. 12 primers were used to amplification of genomic DNA fragments of G. glabra populations. High genetic diversity based on ISSR markers was observed among individuals. A total of 130 bands were formed and 105 bands were polymorphic. The mean polymorphism percentage among studied populations was 80...
