چکیده
Corylus yunnanensis (Franch.) A. Camus is a deciduous shrub, native to the Hengduan Mountain of Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau, and an economically ecologically important woody crop species. In present study, one hundred fifty trees sampled from ten populations C. in Sichuan Province were investigated assess population genetic variation using nine SSR markers. The results revealed that has average value 12.111 alleles, 3.376 effective expected heterozygosity 0.648, observed 0.630, presenting relatively high level diversity. Maoxian Wenchuan Aba Prefecture expressed highest diversity, whereas Hanyuan Muli showed lowest. Moreover, differentiation averaged 0.106. Correspondingly, AMOVA 87% total variance was accounted for within populations, only 13% among populations. Both UPGMA Bayesian STRUCTURE clustering suggested could fall into three clusters: population, Ya’an Ganzi Liangshan Prefecture, indicating significant geographic distribution, which also confirmed by Mantel test. Our study provide better understanding serve valuable information improvement yunnanensis.

Assessment of Genetic Diversity and Population Genetic Structure of Corylus mandshurica in China Using SSR Markers
Corylus mandshurica, also known as pilose hazelnut, is an economically and ecologically important species in China. In this study, ten polymorphic simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers were applied to evaluate the genetic diversity and population structure of 348 C. mandshurica individuals among 12 populations in China. The SSR markers expressed a relatively high level of genetic diversity (Na =...

Genetic diversity estimation of plant materials is one of the important pre-breeding activities in breeding field crops. Twenty-one microsatellite markers used to assess genetic diversity and relationship of 68 sunflower genotypes (Helianthus annuus L.). All of 21 pairs of SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) markers produced a total number of 49 polymorphic bands. DNA fragments ranged from 9...

Oxynoemacheilu sangorae is an endemic freshwater fish of Iran. In the present study, six microsatellite markers were used to investigate population structure of stone loach (Oxynoemacheilusangorae) in gheshlagh (Kurdistan), Sefidbarg and Gamasiab (Kermanshah) rivers. All of the applied loci showed polymorphism. The average numbers of allele and observed heterozygosity were 14.33 and 0.82 respec...

In this study fourteen microsatellite primer pairs were used to study the genetic diversity of Shishi Date palm in Qatar. A total of 32 date palm (15 Shishi cultivar, 10 Khalas and seven male date palms) were collected from Qatar and 5 Shihi cultivars were collected from Saudi Arabia for comparison. The Shishi set collected from Qatar was selected from different regions to represent the gene...
متن کاملEvaluation of Genetic Diversity in Japanese and English White Quail Populations Using Microsatellite Markers
The Japanese and English White quails are widespread strains and belongs to the Galliformes order, Phasianidae family, Coturnix genus and Japonica species. These birds are likely to be well-adapted to the hard conditions and resistance to diseases as it has attained economic importance as an agricultural species. In the current study, the genetic variation of Japanese and English White quail ...
