چکیده
The food needs for increasing population, climatic changes, urbanization and industrialization, along with the destruction of forests, are main challenges modern life. Therefore, it is very important to evaluate plant genetic resources in order cope these problems. this study, a set ninety-one walnut (Juglans regia L.) accessions from Central Anatolia region, composed seventy-four eight commercial cultivars Turkey, nine international reference cultivars, was analyzed using 45 SSR (Simple Sequence Repeats) markers reveal diversity. analysis identified 390 alleles 91 accessions. number per locus ranged 3 19 mean value 9 locus. Genetic dissimilarity coefficients 0.03 0.68. highest obtained CUJRA212 (Na = 19). values polymorphism information content (PIC) 0.42 (JRHR222528) 0.86 (CUJRA212) PIC distances were estimated according UPGMA (Unweighted Pair Group Method Arithmetic Average), Principal Coordinates (PCoA), Structure-based clustering. Structure clustering depicted five major clusters supporting PCoA results. dendrogram revealed similarities dissimilarities among by identifying clusters. Based on analyses indicate that Yozgat province has an diversity pool rich variance walnuts.

recognizing of genetic diversity and genetic potential of each plant species is necessary and essential before any works on breeding program. genetic diversity among five populations of walnut (juglans regia l.) was studied using 11 ssr markers. the marker system produced 77 alleles in a range size of 176-275 bps. the minimum (2) and maximum (11) numbers of alleles were related to genetic locus...

An analysis of genetic structure and differentiation in cultivated walnut (Juglans regia) using 15 microsatellite loci revealed a considerable amount of genetic variation with a mild genetic structure indicating five genetic groups corresponding to the centers of diversity within the home range of walnut in Eurasia. Despite the narrow genetic differentiation among groups accounting for only 10 ...
