Den moderne retoriske kritiks sparsomme behandling af anklager har to fællestræk, som danner udgangspunkt for denne artikel. Det første er en fundering anklagen i et bekræftende motiv. andet implicit placering retorisk genre. Ingen disse dog blevet udfoldet særlig høj grad.
