چکیده
Energy harvesting of mechanical vibrations and their conversion into electrical energy using piezoelectric devices has become widespread. This been made possible by the creation high-energy materials proliferation miniature with a few milliwatts power.
In this work, oscillations rod cantilever bimorph harvester under harmonic loads are investigated. A two-layer consisting brass base rectangular element electroded flat surfaces without tip mass is considered. The thickness layers much less than width length, which allows us to use hypothesis sections assumptions potential difference linearity element, as well beams bending relations.
There derived characteristic equation for beam oscillations, wave numbers, circular frequencies natural determined. carried out averaging material characteristics over cross-sectional area. Eigenforms constructed, dependence from body size analyzed.

Due resistance conduct power Curves load frequency external constructed. It established that change in proportion R. collector occurs vicinity resonances, before first resonance almost zero. Between second resonance, approximately 1,5 mW. During transition ultrasonic zone, increases significantly.Analysis operation resonant requires consideration damping material.

متن کاملOn Mechanical Modeling of Cantilevered Piezoelectric Vibration Energy Harvesters
Cantilevered beams with piezoceramic (PZT) layers are the most commonly investigated type of vibration energy harvesters. A frequently used modeling approach is the single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF) modeling of the harvester beam as it allows simple expressions for the electrical outputs. In the literature, since the base excitation on the harvester beam is assumed to be harmonic, the well known ...

The purpose of this work is to present recent advances in modeling and design of piezoelectric energy harvesters, in the framework of micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS). More specifically, the case of inertial energy harvesting is considered, in the sense that the kinetic energy due to environmental vibration is transformed into electrical energy by means of piezoelectric transduction. The...
