The formation from oils with differences sulfate content (SAC; 0.7%, 2.6%, 4.5%) as well variation parameters (oil temperature, nozzle volume flow) investigated. produced by nebulizing oil subsequent thermal conversion furnace. SAC does influence generated. With increase SAC, mass flow number weighted median diameter increase. Raising temperature leads total concentration particles. mist decrease flow. For fast loading filter, should 4.5%. set at 30 °C 6 L·min−1. conclusion, method can used for rapid filter.
