چکیده

Introduction Chronic endometritis (CE) is a persistent inflammatory condition of the endometrium characterized by infiltration plasma cells in endometrial stroma. CD138 immunohistochemistry considered to improve CE diagnosis rate. Methods Using number CD138-positive equal or greater than five as diagnostic criterion for CE, we identified 24 and 33 non-CE cases among women with infertility. We conducted RNA-sequencing analysis these 57 total an attempt elucidate molecular pathogenesis search new biomarkers CE. Results Discussion By comparing groups, 20 genes upregulated endometria patients, including 12 immunoglobulin-related eight non-immunoglobulin differentially expressed genes. The were MUC5AC , LTF CAPN9 MESP1 ACSM1 TVP23A ALOX15 MZB1 . analyzing samples proliferative secretory phases menstrual cycle separately, also four additional endometria: CCDC13 phase, OVGP1 MTUS2 CLIC6 phase. Although may serve novel markers many them only limited showing extremely high near over one hundred. Exceptionally, was majority regardless -positive cells. upregulation reflect pathophysiology cell-type cell-types intrinsic rather accumulation Our data, consisting clinical transcriptomic information cases, helped us identify gene expression signatures associated

MicroRNA Expression Signatures of Bladder Cancer Revealed by Deep Sequencing

BACKGROUND MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small noncoding RNAs that regulate gene expression. They are aberrantly expressed in many types of cancers. In this study, we determined the genome-wide miRNA profiles in bladder urothelial carcinoma by deep sequencing. METHODOLOGY/PRINCIPAL FINDINGS We detected 656 differentially expressed known human miRNAs and miRNA antisense sequences (miRNA*s)...

I-13: Transcriptome Dynamics of Human and Mouse Preimplantation Embryos Revealed by Single Cell RNA-Sequencing

Background: Mammalian preimplantation development is a complex process involving dramatic changes in the transcriptional architecture. However, it is still unclear about the crucial transcriptional network and key hub genes that regulate the proceeding of preimplantation embryos. Materials and Methods: Through single-cell RNAsequencing (RNA-seq) of both human and mouse preimplantation embryos, ...

Single-cell RNA sequencing reveals gene expression signatures of breast cancer-associated endothelial cells

Tumor endothelial cells (TEC) play an indispensible role in tumor growth and metastasis although much of the detailed mechanism still remains elusive. In this study we characterized and compared the global gene expression profiles of TECs and control ECs isolated from human breast cancerous tissues and reduction mammoplasty tissues respectively by single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq). Based o...

Expression Profiling of Microarray Gene Signatures in Acute and Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia in Human Bone Marrow

Background Classification of cancer subtypes by means of microarray signatures is becoming increasingly difficult to ignore as a potential to transform pathological diagnosis nonetheless, measurement of Indicator genes in routine practice appears to be arduous. In a preceding published study, we utilized real-time PCR measurement of Indicator genes in acute lymphoid leukaemia (ALL) and acute m...

Deciphering poxvirus gene expression by RNA sequencing and ribosome profiling.

UNLABELLED The more than 200 closely spaced annotated open reading frames, extensive transcriptional read-through, and numerous unpredicted RNA start sites have made the analysis of vaccinia virus gene expression challenging. Genome-wide ribosome profiling provided an unprecedented assessment of poxvirus gene expression. By 4 h after infection, approximately 80% of the ribosome-associated mRNA ...
