The concept of modern world ideology accepts that sustainable development goals couldn’t be achieved without green restructure and gender equality. That is the base new economy focused on social welfare living future generations due to increasing eco-efficiency. This paper summarizes arguments counterarguments within scientific discussion stereotypes in society banking. Systematization sources approaches concerning investigated issues showed only several international financial funds organizations established response climate change focus aspects towards empowering women with more opportunities participate projects. primary purpose research determine how finance determinants influence carbon-free economic transformation. To gain goal, this study applied modified Cobb-Douglas function utilizes cross-sectional data determinants. methodological tool method least squares. object Ukraine Visegrad countries (Poland, Slovak Republic, Czech Hungary). empirical results employed services, GDP, share female population, level unemployment have statistically significant impacts development. In contrast, foreign direct investment national parliaments are insignificant. Therefore, empirically confirmed theoretically proved equality main limitation lack open-access monitor activity under consideration.
