چکیده
Phaseolus vulgaris is one of the most widely used traditional remedies for diabetes mellitus. Over a thousand medicinal plants have been found to contain anti-diabetic chemicals, bulk which long in medicine. The pharmacological significance eating diabetics has intensively explored order identify several bioactive components responsible their diabetes-controlling benefits. Researchers previously linked P. as possible protective factor against cataract surgery based on findings evaluation beans and other vegetables. This study was driven by need find more chemicals that are active management prevention cataract, disease's consequences. In Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria, leguminous crop consumed. purchased from two different sources, pulverized with Sumeet CM/L 2128945 grinder, extracted methanol ethanol. extracts were concentrated. identified using GC-MS. ethanolic extract includes twelve compounds, while methanolic contains ten. ethanol neophytadiene, β-amyrin, squalene, among chemicals. Neophytadiene, 1,2-benzisothiazol-3-amine, TBDMS derivative, 1-Methyl-3-phenylindole extract. Both shown cataract-prevention properties humans. Finally, discovery these various beneficial lends credence scientific proof can be consumed diabetics.

Identification of Volatile Organic Compounds from Trichoderma virens (6011) by GC-MS and Separation of a Bioactive Compound via Nanotechnology
Fungal volatile organic compounds (VOCs) have the potential of being used as biocontrol agents for biotechnological applications in agriculture, industry and medicine. In this research, different VOCs from secondary metabolites of biocontrol fungus Trichoderma virens (6011) KP671477 were separated using n-hexane, n-butanol and methanol solvents and identified by gas chromatography–mass spectrom...
متن کاملCompound identification in GC-MS by simultaneously evaluating the mass spectrum and retention index.
We report a compound identification method (SimMR), which simultaneously evaluates the mass spectrum similarity and the retention index distance using an empirical mixture score function, for the analysis of GC-MS data. The performance of the developed SimMR method was compared to that of two existing compound identification strategies. One is the mass spectrum matching method without incorpora...
متن کاملAn Integrated Method for Spectrum Extraction and Compound Identification from GC/MS Data
A method is presented for extracting individual component spectra from GC/MS data files and then using these spectra to identify target compounds by matching spectra in a reference library. It extends a published " model peak " approach which uses selected ion chromatograms as models for component shape. On the basis of this shape, individual mass spectral peak abundance profiles are extracted ...
متن کاملThe Protective Effect of Phaseolus Vulgaris on Cataract in Type 2 Diabetes: A Profitable Hypothesis
The pathophysiology of major ocular complications in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) among Bantu is not well understood. Several studies have been conducted to determine the basic reasons of visual deficiencies (VD) (blindness, visual impairment, and ocular eye diseases) in T2DM among Bantu from Central Africa. The quality of dietary intake was assessed in patients along with other ophthalmolog...
متن کاملAromatic profiles of Thymus hyemalis and Spanish T. vulgaris essential oils by GC–MS/GC–O
Thymus hyemalis L. and Spanish T. vulgaris subsp. vulgaris shrubs are characterized by a great chemical intraspecific variability among plants. This fact makes it difficult to detect real changes occurring in their essential oil composition during the vegetative cycle. Because of this, clones of T. hyemalis and T. vulgaris were used to monitor seasonal variations in their aromatic composition o...
