Gastrinoma primario de ganglio linfático

چکیده
Los gastrinomas son tumores neuroendocrinos localizados generalmente en duodeno y páncreas, el contexto de una neoplasia endocrina múltiple configurando un síndrome Zollinger-Ellison. La localización este tipo tumor ganglios linfáticos es extremadamente inusual su diagnóstico precoz constituye verdadero reto para poder instaurar tratamiento adecuado manejar las complicaciones que estos conllevan. Se presenta caso paciente varón 64 años con gastrinoma ganglio linfático cuya extirpación quirúrgica resultó la remisión inmediata del cuadro clínico paciente.
