چکیده

The patient is a 71-year-old woman with serous ovarian cancer hospitalized for asthenia digestive hemorrhage. At esophagogastroduodenoscopy, protruding mass was noted at the level of gastric antrum. She underwent hemostasis an endoscopic by argon plasma; effective hemostasis. final pathology revealed metastases adenocarcinoma. Weekly gemcitabine chemotherapy adopted, but disease progressed rapidly. died 4 months later.
