In this paper, a fuzzy inventory model with Weibull deterioration rate, quadratic demand and variable holding cost under permissible shortages has been developed. The rate is expressed by two-parameter distribution. During shortage, some buyers wait for the actual product, while others do not. This shortfall considered partially backlogged in model. Some product during such shortages, but many Therefore, are taken into account approach. traditional model, all parameters as purchasing cost, shortage etc. predetermined. However, there will be variations. As result, factors more accurate to deal real world?s problems. research attempts cut down environment using demand, cost.
