Future trends in IT project management – large organizations perspective

Purpose of the study: This article aims to identify and better understand current trends in IT project management methodologies, focusing on perspective large organizations.
 Methodology: Systematic literature review has been conducted SCOPUS Web Science databases state knowledge. Also as an additional verification results, a narrative search was done later database confirm growing interest particular methodologies over time.
 Main Findings: The shown that top two are hybrid agile approaches. other consistently popped up were also confirmed by follow-up search, AI-driven sustainable management.
