چکیده

Background & Aims: Injuries to the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) are among most common types of injuries that occur during sport activities. Some studies reported dominance leg is significant predictor for ACL injuries. However, it unclear whether dominant or non-dominant impacts functional status and psychological readiness return after ACL. The purpose this study was determine if there difference in performance between individuals who injured their 1-10 years following reconstruction. Methods: A cross-sectional 50 participants 20 38 conducted, investigate (n=25) All complete Anterior Cruciate Ligament Return Sport Injury (ACL-RSI), Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS) questionnaires Fear Avoidance Belief Questionnaire physical activity (FABQ-PA). Results: No found groups ACL-RSI, LEFS FABQ-PA (U = 256, p 0.27; U 314.5, 0.96, U=279.5 p=0.52) respectively. Conclusions: While essential patient's state, vs non- does not influence these outcomes Therefore, either non-dominance demonstrate equal long-term improvement. To enhance rehabilitation optimize individual undergoing reconstruction, future research should other factors impact recovery return-to-sport outcomes.
