Interaction Between Cognitive and Motor Cortico-Basal
28 In a previous modeling study Leblois et al. (2006) demonstrated an action selection 29 mechanism in cortico-basal ganglia loops based on competition between the positive 30 feedback, direct pathway through the striatum and the negative feedback, hyperdirect pathway 31 through the subthalamic nucleus. The present study investigates how multiple level action 32 selection could be performed by ...

the purpose of this study is identifying effective factors which make customers shop online in iran and investigating the importance of discovered factors in online customers’ decision. in the identifying phase, to discover the factors affecting online shopping behavior of customers in iran, the derived reference model summarizing antecedents of online shopping proposed by change et al. was us...
15 صفحه اولDrinking norms versus drinking behavior.
Data from 1002 households indicated that contextual factors (group size, subsequent activity) and individual difference factors (sex, extroversion, drinking frequency) differentially influenced consumption and normative ratings. These findings suggest that contextual cues serve as determinants of drinking norms and that drinking behavior reflects individual variation in sensitivity to these cues.
متن کاملFunctional MRI-guided probabilistic tractography of cortico-cortical and cortico-subcortical language networks in children
In this study, we analyzed the structural connectivity of cortico-cortical and cortico-subcortical language networks in healthy children, using probabilistic tractography based on high angular resolution diffusion imaging. In addition to anatomically defining seed and target regions for tractography, we used fMRI to target inferior frontal and superior temporal cortical language areas on an ind...
متن کاملCortico-cerebellar functional connectivity and sequencing of movements in schizophrenia
BACKGROUND Abnormal execution of several movements in a sequence is a frequent finding in schizophrenia. Successful performance of such motor acts requires correct integration of cortico-subcortical processes, particularly those related to cerebellar functions. Abnormal connectivity between cortical and cerebellar regions with resulting cognitive dysmetria has been proposed as the core dysfunct...
