Some Generalizations of Fully Dual-Stable Modules

In a previous paper we introduce the concept of full d-stability, in this work several types of generalizations were introduced ; minimal (maximal) d-stable; fully pseudo d-stable and afd-stable module. A dual to the notion of terse module is, also, introduced namely d-terse and it is shown that it is coincide with fully pseudo d-stable.

Fully idempotent and coidempotent modules

In this paper, the notion of fully idempotent modules is defined and it is shown that this notion inherits most of the essential properties of the usual notion of von Neumann's regular rings. Furthermore, we introduce the dual notion of fully idempotent modules (that is, fully coidempotent modules) and investigate some properties of this class of modules.

T-dual Rickart modules

We introduce the notions of T-dual Rickart and strongly T-dual Rickart modules. We provide several characterizations and investigate properties of each of these concepts. It is shown that every free (resp. finitely generated free) $R$-module is T-dual Rickart if and only if $overline{Z}^2(R)$ is a  direct summand of $R$ and End$(overline{Z}^2(R))$ is a semisimple (resp. regular) ring. It is sho...

Fully primary modules and some variations

Let R be a commutative ring and M be an R-module. We say that M is fully primary, if every proper submodule of M is primary. In this paper, we state some characterizations of fully primary modules. We also give some characterizations of rings over which every module is fully primary, and of those rings over which there exists a faithful fully primary module. Furthermore, we will introduce some ...

Dual Modules

Let R be a commutative ring. For two (left) R-modules M and N , the set HomR(M,N) of allR-linear maps fromM toN is anR-module under natural addition and scaling operations on linear maps. (If R were non-commutative then the definition (r · f)(m) = r · (f(m)) would yield a function r · f from M to N which is usually not R-linear. Try it!) In the special case where N = R we get the R-module M∨ = ...
