چکیده

Bio-waste from food industry is a significant component to pollute the environment. Bioproducts like biomaterials, biofuel can be produced biowaste and pollution reduced. The study was conducted evaluate quality of bioethanol production investigate for bioelectricity generation using rambutan fruit biowaste. Bioethanol yield highest in 2 days incubation period fermentation. found at 30°C having pH 5.0 compared 28 35°C. With enzymatic hydrolysis, yeast exhibited more effective as compare amylase cellulose producing bioethanol. However, glucose content lowest period. In addition, viscosity acid value were well followed by ASTM standards. Similarly, metal element contents (P, Ca, Si, Fe, Cu Pb) satisfactory within limit Pb showed zero which good energy generation. Bioelectricity represented Voltage (mV) monitored fuel cell (269.23 233.84 mV) 100% ethanol rotation fan observed 510 450 RPM decreased while time increased based cell. Therefore, it results that where conversion rate 97.2% optimized 5.0, 4g/l concentration voltage generated successfully an innovative technology field renewable energy.

Bio-ethanol production from wet coffee processing waste in Ethiopia

Large amounts of coffee residues are generated from coffee processing plants in Ethiopia. These residues are toxic and possess serious environmental problems following the direct discharge into the nearby water bodies which cause serious environmental and health problems. This study was aimed to quantify wet coffee processing waste and estimate its bio-ethanol production. The study showed that ...

Energy-Efficient Production of Cassava-Based Bio-Ethanol

Fuel ethanol is an important renewable and sustainable fuel, produced in China by fermentation of mostly corn, wheat and cassava feedstock. Fermentation produces an ethanol-lean broth (10 to 12 vol%). Ethanol is recovered by distillation, followed by a molecular sieve drying beyond the azeotropic point. The distillation and molecular sieve operations consume most of the total energy used, with ...

Bio Gas Oil Production from Waste Lard

Besides the second generations bio fuels, one of the most promising products is the bio gas oil, which is a high iso-paraffin containing fuel, which could be produced by the catalytic hydrogenation of different triglycerides. To broaden the feedstock of the bio gas oil the catalytic hydrogenation of waste lard over sulphided NiMo/Al(2)O(3) catalyst, and as the second step, the isomerization of ...

Bio-hydrogen production from waste materials

Hydrogen is a valuable gas as a clean energy source and as feedstock for some industries. Therefore, demand on hydrogen production has increased considerably in recent years. Electrolysis of water, steam reforming of hydrocarbons and auto-thermal processes are well-known methods for hydrogen gas production, but not cost-effective due to high energy requirements. Biological production of hydroge...

Production of Bio-Derived Fuels and Chemicals

The great demand for, and impending depletion of petroleum reserves, the associated impact of fossil fuel consumption on the environment, and volatility in the energy market have elicited extensive research on alternative sources of traditional petroleum-derived products such as biofuels and bio-chemicals. Fossil oil is largely associated with gasoline, however, approximately 6000 petroleum-der...
