Abstract Freeze–thaw damage and the lack of aggregate resources have become two major problems facing construction industry. The use recycled to produce concrete has good social economic value. In this study, author used coarse as a substitute for stone mix concrete. order enhance performance concrete, microwave heating modification process was introduced 0.10% volume fraction polypropylene fiber (PPF) added. effect on frost resistance fiber-reinforced self-compacting studied. results show that with increase in number freeze–thaw cycles, degree denudation deterioration three groups surfaces becomes more serious, surface cracks gradually increases after is damaged, plastic deformation W n increases, E D σ 0 decreases, ε u c μ decreases. Under same A > C B. Microwave improved group compared B Due incorporation PPF into load did not drop sharply when acting reached failure load. prediction established constitutive model are agreement experimental results.
