Simple λΠ-interpreter for matrix computation

This project to extend the simply-typed Lambda calculus λ→ to have types dependent on constant value. In particular this language will be used to check the validity of matrix computation.

Production of the pentaquark exotic baryon Ξ 5 in KN scattering : KN → K Ξ 5 and KN → K ∗ Ξ 5

Abstract We investigate the production of the newly found pentaquark exotic baryon Ξ5 in the KN → KΞ5 and KN → KΞ5 reactions at the tree level. We consider the both positiveand negativeparities of the Ξ5. The reactions are dominated by the sand u-channel processes, and it is observed that the resulting cross sections are very much dependent on the parity of Ξ5 and on the type of form factor. We...

Based on 1.35 million polarized Ξ − events, we measure the parameter φ Ξ to be −1.61 • ±2.66 • ±0.37 • for the Ξ − → Λπ − decay. New results for the parameters β Ξ and γ Ξ are also presented. Assuming that the CP-violating phase-shift difference is negligible, we deduce the strong phase-shift difference between the P-wave and S-wave amplitudes of the Λπ final state to be 3.17 • ± 5.28 • ± 0.73 ...

Ξ -ζ Relation

In this note we prove a relation between the Riemann Zeta function, ζ and the ξ function (Krein spectral shift) associated with the Harmonic Oscillator in one dimension.
