Formulation and Characterization of Poly (Acrylic Acid)- Co-Chitosan Nanoparticles as pH-Thermo-Responsive System to Control Delivery

The present study aims to develop a pH thermosensitive nanocarriers as drug delivery system better controll release. Nanoparticles was developed by the combination of smart polymers, chitosan and poly(acrylic acid) were chosen biodegradable vectors encapsulate transport drug. used method based on polymerization acrylic acid using reticulated template. Analysis particle size, Zeta potential, size distribution revealed that most resulting nanoparticles had an average diameter less than 100nm, with high potentiel about -29.7 mV narrow distribution. In addition, showed encapsulation efficiency around 97%. vitro release test achieved different buffer solutions equal 1.2, 3.6, 4.2, 4.8, 6.8 7.4. profiles provide protection at values. They responded = 3.6 provided sustained controlled up 62.62% over 8 hours. results reveal prepared can be carriers. improve therapeutic drugs in treatment inflamed tissues where is Crohn disease.
