Formation mechanism and source apportionment of nitrate in atmospheric aerosols

چکیده

Atmospheric particulate nitrate is relevant to various atmospheric processes and shows profound impacts on regional air quality global climate change. Exploring the formation mechanism sources of in matter essential for successful mitigation nitrate. This review summarises different mechanisms, sources, source apportionment methods In particular, current progress nitrogen/oxygen (N/O) isotope technique coupled with Bayesian isotopic mixing model (MixSIAR) fully depicted. The limitations are also presented promising direction proposed. As such, this provides a thorough understanding mechanisms which particularly helpful mitigating pollution polluted cities such as those East Asia.
