Forecasting oil spills from ships in the Amur Basin

In connection with the need to develop and improve measures prevent eliminate oil spills in Amur basin of inland waterways, article predicts spread pollution on Amur, Argun, Zeya, Ussuri, Tunguska Amgun rivers. The purpose this study is evaluate parameters products create situational mathematical models necessary for calculation control means (booms skimmers). Relationships were constructed estimate length width slicks, as well contaminated coast during Basin. results obtained applied creation a regional (basin) plan prevention response product basin.
