The end clearance and radial of the gear pump are most important factors affecting its internal leakage viscous friction loss, also total efficiency a high-speed pump. reasonable value is decisive condition for high-efficiency performance pumps. Based on certain type with speed 6000 r/min, influence loss analyzed under rated working outlet pressure 8 MPa. flow field simulation model oil flowing in established PumpLinx. rate shaft power different clearances analyzed. results show that phenomenon insufficient filling tooth groove produced, 0.16 mm when largest. Under optimal clearance, characteristics pumps 0.03 In this paper, selection analyzed, which has theoretical significance engineering practical value.
