چکیده
Recently, flexible triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) have gained significant interest as a promising autonomous technology for harvesting abundant mechanical energy and powering portable electronic devices. In this work, high-performance single-electrode TENG (SETENG) is presented with highly conductive carbon cloth (CC) textile electrode an encapsulating material based on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). To increase the generation of charges, rough microtextured surface implemented PDMS friction layer through simple imprint lithography approach. addition, output performance prepared SETENG device further improved by incorporating various concentrations titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ) nanoparticles. As result, CC@TiO -PDMS SETENGs efficiently converts into electrical power continuous contact/separation processes caused counter tribo-positive objects (i.e., human skin, nylon, cotton fabrics). It was shown that sample 5 wt% TiO , CC@5wt%TiO SETENG, achieves highest 6 × 2.5 cm area could charge capacitors (0.1, 1, 10 ? F 130 LEDs connected in series. Finally, demonstration fully functioning SETENG-powered calculator provides strong evidence current maturity its excellent potential self-powered small electronics application.
