Flavonoid compound was isolated from Crinum amabile Donn. leaves. The separation of flavonoids carried out by using chromatographic techniques to purify CH2Cl2 extract Column chromatography with silica gel and sephadex as stationary phases, thin-layer chromatography, preparative were the used in this research. pure obtained form white-yellow solid Rf value is 0.44. Compound identification 1H-NMR spectrometer showed presence protons CH=CH ortho appearance a doublet (dd) each having j values 8.5 Hz 8.1 chemical shifts range 6.5 ppm 7 ppm. group (ddd) 8.4 9 7.2 7.4 methoxy (-OCH3) detected on shift 3.8 Spectrometries analysis that flavonoid 4-Hydroxy-7-Methoxyflavan.
