Indonesia is a maritime country that has sea area of ​​5.8 million km², with enormous potential for marine products. The fisheries sector one the things supports third largest Indonesian economy GDP (Gross Domestic Product) Rp 1.900 billion. There are many fishery ports in commonly referred to as Fish Landing Base. In North Sumatra itself, there 23 Base, and areas include it RTRW (Regional Spatial Plan) Serdang Bedagai Regency, especially Cermin Beach sub-district. However, fact not main attraction Pantai indicates no center. This Base uses problem-solving solve existing problems, starting from formulation stage, location surveys, data collection, literature studies, comparative studies. To respond these issues, ecological architecture becomes answer problem design conditions, such responding according local conditions both society nature. expect users comfortably, creates interaction between environment, can also form public space so encourage economic generators based on sources life coastal areas, become new tourist destinations enjoy products Indonesia, Bedagai, Sumatera.
