Synchronous multicentric osteosarcoma in Puerto Rico: a pediatric case report.

Synchronous multicentric osteosarcoma is a very rare condition that might be confused with metastatic osteosarcoma. We report the first pediatric case of synchronous multicentric osteosarcoma reported in the Puerto Rican.
