A brief note is presented on a first case of parasitism by Notocyphus aff. tyrannicus Smith, 1855 Avicularia purpurea Kirk, 1990 in the Amazon region Ecuador; being second Aviculariinae one Pompilid wasp. Some considerations about predation and behavior are mentioned discussions.
