Reptiles are a source of transmission pathogenic bacteria to humans. Salmonella spp. Gram-negative that commonly found in the digestive tract snakes. This study was conducted on Homalopsis buccata snakes with samples obtained by oral swabs and cloacal Isolation carried out Tetrathionate Broth media enrichment will be inoculated specific form Shigella Agar media. Identification Gam staining Indole, Methyl Red, Voges Proskauer Citrate test. revealed presence snake buccata.
