چکیده

Research questionTo develop an automated sperm injection robot (ICSIA).DesignThe ICSIA the procedure, including pipette advancement, zona pellucida and oolemma penetration with piezo pulses, removal after release. The was first tested in mouse, hamster rabbit oocytes, subsequently using discarded human oocytes that were injected microbeads. Finally, we performed a small clinical pilot trial donor to study feasibility of setting. controlled by engineers no micromanipulation experience results compared those obtained manual ICSI experienced embryologists.ResultsThe demonstrated similar as procedure different animal models well pre-clinical validations oocytes. In validation, 13/14 (93%) fertilized correctly 8 (61.5%) developed into good quality blastocysts, 4 (50%) diagnosed chromosomally normal. control, 16/18 (88.8%) correctly, 12 (75%) reached blastocyst stage 10 (83%) euploid. Three euploid blastocysts from group have been transferred two recipients, which resulted babies born.ConclusionsThe showed high proficiency injecting when operated inexperienced personnel. preliminary this are within key performance indicators. This is time born system.

Nuchal translucency (NT) measurements in the first trimester screening between 11 and 14 weeks' gestation are regarded as a clear marker for aneuploidies. The presence of a thickened NT, even if the karyotype is normal, can be associated with structural abnormalities. To evaluate potential risk of testicular seminal dysfunction in boys born to fathers with compromised spermatogenesis, serum inhibin B (as a marker for spermatogenesis) was assessed. METHODS We recruited 50 pubertal adolescents from the oldest cohort of infants born following ICSI. Cross-sect...
