FINITE ELEMENT SIMULATION OF INTER-PLANT WEED CONTROL DEVICE IN PADDY FIELD

Mechanical weeding in paddy fields is a green and environmentally friendly way to control weeds, which has the advantages of reducing amount pesticides improving physical structure soil. This paper briefly describes composition relevant parameters mechanical environment rice fields. Using Creo 5.0, HyperMesh 2017, LS-PrePost LS-DYNA software jointly simulate interaction process between inverted V-shaped inter-plant component soil field, single-point ALE multi-material unit algorithm used couple water with multiple substances, realize material movement layer. penalty function method, fluid-solid coupling finite element modelled on components soil-water was established. The dynamic behavior interactions shows that stress increases then decreases periodically, teeth spring cross "bending moon (fish scale)" scratch, can effectively avoid seedlings reduce injury rate.
