Financial Capital Inflows, Manufacturing Exports and Economic Growth in Palestine: A Threshold Regression Analysis

Aims: The study examined the Optimal Level of Financial Capital Inflows and Manufacturing Exports, Economic Growth in Palestine. Annual data from (2000-2018) to Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Portfolio (FPI), cross-border borrowing World Bank (Components Of Inflows) Sector Development (FSD) real GDP (RGDP) Exports (MEX) were no different other Production Sources, Palestinian Monetary Authority (PMA) Ministry National Economy (MONE), Finance Planning (MOFP), Central Bureau Statistics (PCBS), Statistical Bulletin while on Gross Formation (GCF) Human (HC) was source also curvature.
 Study Design: Cross-Sectional Survey Research (Qualitative & Quantitative).
 Place Duration Study: Various Governmental Organizations Palestine, between periods (2000-2018).
 Methodology: Quantitative Qualitative specification model, equations used examine Level, impact relationship Growth, Threshold Regression Analysis detect verify by analyzing that have been collected Electronic Sources which available official websites for period (2000-2018). methodology revealed with Data collection process analysis techniques employed achieve current objective.
 Results: found optimization results showed (CINF) value (21.77%) a coefficient (7.74) per year is Palestine Point any concludes (21.77%); above sustainable level will be adversely affected Palestine.
 Conclusion: Findings Flow exists Manufacture therefore recommends excessive should avoided country so it does not make conduct Policy difficult, need must monitored well directed sectors (such as Industry, Agriculture, Mining Quarrying) absorptive capacity them.
